The Sisters of the Holy Family have been present in Brazil since 1972.

The communities currently extend from the South of Brazil, in the state of Sao Paulo (Itararè) in the Center, in the state of Goiàs (Aparecida Goiânia), to the North East, Marañao (Sao Luis, Zé Doca).
